Sara Herr-Waldroup
Sara has spent the last 3 years working with social security disability claims. Initially Sara did some temporary work with a Spokane social security lawyer. Sara then worked for the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington as a judicial clerk, reviewing cases filed by claimants seeking to have their previous administrative law judge decision reversed. Sara then started with Russell and Hill in January 2012. Initially, a majority of Sara’s work was spent in hearings all across the state of Washington and other hearing offices. Sara has represented over 100 clients at their hearings. Sara now devotes nearly 100% of her time filing cases in federal court for social security claimants who have completed the administrative process. Sara uses the knowledge she gained working for the court with the experience gained at hearings to argue the claimant should have been found disabled.
